nice looking controller. If your case has blue lights, this will look sweet.

Installation easy for the most part. 4 knobs take 3 pin fan connectors.

The biggest problem is that the two three-way switches (the two on the right) only take bare wires. You have to cut off the connector on the end of your fan wire and strip a cm of insulation off. Wires are then secured with a set screw. If you have some spare bits and pieces of wireing from other fans/cathodes etc it is possible to rig up an adapter so you dont cut the fan wires themselves.
